I've decided it's really hard to get a good picture of a newborn. They never totally look like themselves and they usually have their eyes closed or are sticking their tongue out right when you want to take the picture.
This is about as close as Michael likes to get to Erica. We've asked him several times if he wants to hold her and his response is always no. He has started going and looking at her though and saying hi to her. He will also try and give her a binky if he hears her cry.

Brent wanted to take a picture holding both kids but as you can see they weren't to interested in it. Michael was concerned the whole time with Erica's foot touching him, which made him upset if it did.

Michael cracks me up. Her foot? He's so funny. Aliah hated Inara for months. I'm glad he's not beating up on her. I'm out of school in a week so Michael can come over anyday!

Congrats guys! I sent this to Troy & Cindy so they could see too. Someday they will get a family blog. She is beautiful, girls are the best :) Although your son is pretty stinkin cute!!
